Schedule Changes for 2025-26

WHS will be offering drop/add sessions on the following days/times:

Current 8th graders ONLY - Tuesday, June 3 from 9 - 11AM
Current 9th, 10th, 11th graders - Wednesday, June 4 from 12 - 3:10PM
Current 9th, 10th, 11th graders - Thursday, June 5 from 12 - 3:10PM
Current 9th, 10th, 11th graders - Friday, June 6 from 12 - 3:00PM

Schedule change appointments must be made at:

Students must bring a Schedule Change Request Form that is signed by their parent/guardian. No changes will be made without a parent/guardian signature.

If all appointment slots are full, there will be another opportunity before school starts in August.

WHS Credit Tracking Sheets

All 10th-12th grade students and parents have access to a Google Form that contains the student’s graduation credit progress. Current 9th grade students and parents will receive an email the week of February 10 providing access to the student’s credit tracking form. The counselors have editing rights to these forms and update them after each semester. Students and families are able to make comments on the forms, viewable by the counselors, if there are questions or thoughts about the student’s credit progress. We are hopeful these tracking forms provide students and families with enhanced clarity with regard to each student’s earned credit standing as he/she works towards graduation.

Ordering Transcripts

Current students may send transcripts free of charge. For graduates, there is a $5 charge, plus taxes and fees.
